Curry: The term curry is used in the same context as is on the Indian Sub continent and by the Indian Diaspora. It is a pungent sauce. In the South African Context the term curry is preceded by the name of the main ingredients e.g meat or vegetable resulting in names like Chicken Curry or Pumpkin Curry.

Gulab Jamun: Indian Donut made with Semolina and condensed Milk then dipped in a rose water syrup.
